Of course! You can adjust the final number of participants for events with up to 100 people up to 7 days before the event, and for events with 100 or more participants up to 14 days before. This previously communicated number of participants serves as the basis for the invoice.
If the actual number of participants exceeds the maximum, the additional participants will be invoiced.
Any changes must be communicated in writing.
