Cancelling is possible up to 4 weeks before the event date for an admin fee.
Rescheduling is possible up to 4 weeks before the event date free of charge.
If the event is cancelled less than 4 weeks before the scheduled service date, 50% of the invoice amount will be charged. For cancellations within 7 days or less before the scheduled service date, the full invoice amount will be charged.
For separately commissioned customisation services, the full fee must always be paid as soon as the customisation work has begun.
